About Us
We are people with lived experiences of mental health issues who live in the community. We provide and promote peer support and conduct a range of activities according to the interests, hopes, dreams, and goals of those who participate. Together we have found hope and motivation to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, and to engage and contribute in the wider community. We share our skills and strengths with our peers, we laugh , we achieve, we contribute, we support and inspire each other. We come together and share activities that we enjoy like art, drama, creative writing, singing, music, life skills, self-development and skills that may lead to employment for those of us who aspire to it despite the obstacles we face.
