Home Products & Services

WE HAVE FOUR SERVICE AREAS

The Mercury Centre has a range of products and services in four primary service areas:

 

Corporate Governance:	We work with boards and management to deliver practical governance solutions.
Ownership Strategies:	We act as “ownership architects” and help people and organisations move from concept to implementation. We provide a range of services including ownership planning, community buyouts, business succession and employee ownership.
Co-operative Development:	We assist groups to develop new co-operatives as well as helping to grow and refine existing co-operatives.
Mental Health:	We use our strengths of governance and community development in the mental health area, with a primary focus on those with a lived experience of mental health problems.
